I wish it was black and white. It would make the blood dripping down the arm much better I think. Also, there is way too much white in it for me. That white is so contrasted with the red drops that are supposed to be on the arm that it looks like the blood is on my monitor and not in the picture. The background white interferes with the skin in the foreground a bit too. Great concept, writing is really nice, I like it better than the picture at the moment in fact. Maybe work with it a little more.
